As a mother of two young children, Manon is driven by a simple idea: making everyday nourishment easier, without lowering standards.
She's always believed that great food and drink should fit into modern life while still delivering on flavour and quality. With deep roots in the food world, Manon set out in 2024 to solve an every day problem; finding a coffee that truly suited her lifestyle.
She wanted something that felt indulgent, tasted exceptional, and still worked with long mornings and busy days. Rather than compromise, she chose to build her own.
Building the brand
From the ground (and whole bean!) up, Manon has created a coffee with no shortcuts on aroma, flavour, or craft. After partnering with a best in class London Roastery, she realised that half-caff, done properly, was exactly what she'd been missing - it was a light bulb moment.

Responsibly Sourced Coffee Beans
Our Café Manon coffee blend is made of beans sourced from the renowned Daterra estate in Brazil, these beans are celebrated for their sustainable farming practices and exceptional quality. Blended with Colombian sugar‑cane decaf coffee beans, that are naturally decaffeinated using fermented sugar‑cane, creating a smooth, sweet cup without harsh chemicals.
